Fund usage Checkbook Issue

Dear Experts,

We are integrating TPM with Trade Funds.

We have done all the necessary settings as per standard in CRM and BPS.

Fund is also getting associated with Trade Promotion and on release of TP, fund usage is also getting generated.

But the issue is that the Fund usage doesn't have any amount in "pre-reserved" at approved status and "Reserved" key figure at Release status of Trade promotion.

In other words, the Fund usage checkbokk is having zero values .

Would appreciate if someone who has come across the solution can share it for everyone's benefit.

the fund assoziation is defined in the following customizing:

Trade Promotion Management

Trade Promotions

Funds Integration

Define Settings for Funds Integration

In the 'Trade Spend to Expense Type' mapping you map any of the trade promotions trade spends to an expense type. The fund usage is created against the expense type. The amount is taken as per the 'Expense Type to Key Figure' mapping.

Please check the customizing and check the planning accordingly. If there is a value for the related key figure, there should be an amount in the fund usage.
