We're having an odd problem on our CR 9 server. After we login and drill into the report we want to run, if we click on "View" we're able to view the report without a problem, but if we click schedule and try to run it once, we get an instant "Failed" Status, like below. We can't seem to find any logs that would help use trouble shoot, so I thought I'd come here and ask the community!

Hello Jason,
Issue causes following considerations:
1. incorrect parameters
2. When we deploy a new report to the server we need to specify the Database Configuration in the Central Management Console.
3. the Crystal Report job server unable to communicate and perform the schedule task.
