I'm looking for documents, guides describing what to extend JAM and which functionalities could be extend with Hana Cloud Portal (HCP).

Hi,

Are you looking for technical information on how to build integrations? In that case I would recommend to look at SAP Jam API Documentation. It has an integration guide and the API reference.
