0PC_C01 extraction problem

Hi all ;

We benefit from material ladger in Co module. Also ,we can get consumption details in CKM3N / Sap Ecc.

Our problem is that ' I can not get data from data source ' Cost Object Controlling: Period End' = '0CO_PC_02'. Data extraction sap to psa ended with successfully but data record 0.

On the otherhand , i have get data from '0CO_PC_01' = 'Cost Object Controlling: Plan/Actual Data'. How can i find the root of problem ?

Hello,

I think you are trying this in your development client. If so for the 0CO_PC_02 to populate you must have run the period end closing.

So for the orders (PP, QM , internal Orders) you have the variance and done the settlement then only 0CO_PC_02 will populate value. There is no other pre requisite for this datasource.

For eg for PP order if you have run the variance calculation KKS2 for the pp order, then 0CO_PC_02 will be populating the data for you.

please check and revert back

Hi Nagesh;

We try in our production system.

I hope that problem is related with empty variance calculation tables so we have not maintain plan costs.

System stores only actual costs for periods.

I think you should try with variance calculation of one order and check. That should give you a clarity on how the datasource behaves

Have you replicated and activated the datasource manually in BI side?

Please also check if there is any filter or routine in the infopackage.

at source ahve tested your data source at RSA3?

its pulls data or not?

for data source - 0CO_PC_01 have you used any selections at info pack?

please check it

0CO_PC_02 - Have used selections or not?

a RSA3 if you won't get data then try to run data source with selections.

from base tabels get the selections values and try to see the data at RSA3.

Try to run at RSA3 by using some selections like FISCPER and CURTYPE.

check at base tables and apply those valeus as input at RSA3.
