E Rec-Password to be sent to Candidate to complete his profile

Hi Experts,

In SAP E Recruitment, if recruiter has received Paper application for a candidate & he does data entry for candidate in Talent ware house & tag him to a requisition.

Now recruiter wants to send an E Mail to candidate asking him to complete his data by logging into External candidate . In this scenario can we send User name & One time password to candidate to log into system to complete his profile through system.

Please see how can we handle this situation so that candidate can complete his details.

the workflow object created can/should handle this. By the way you can create an external application (thus linking the candidate immediately to the requisition. Is this how you do it?
