quantity rounding DOWN sales order

Hello,

I´m trying to configure rouding down for quantity in sales order, but it´s not working.  My business scenario is to rounding multiple value. For example:

Quantity "limit": 4

Quantity input: 21

Quantity rounded: 20.

There is no need to change messure unit.

Very simple scenario, but not for SAP configuration.

I´ve created a dinamic rounding profile, with no success. Before creation, system respects the delivery quantity in material master, but always rounding up. I created a new profile, select the number 1 for rounding method and create a new rounding rule which has 100 percent in down rounding and configure on it.

In material master, the new rounding profile is added.

Any idea?

Rounding rule should not be 100%

Try up 50%, down 49.9%

Thanks a lot for your try. It does not work.

I guess there is no way to achieve this using standard solution. I can round off a float number, but never rounding down to a integer multiple.

I´ve created a new rounding profile (dummy) and change a user exit to use my business rule, unfortunately.
