PY error: valuation of time wage type, booking through IT 2010

Hello Experts

While running PY Canada I am getting error:   "Processing class 84 and specification for processing class 1 and modifier for payroll 01 does not exist for 01/09/2014. Please check table T5KVE"

I am trying to book hours for an employee through it 2010

created time wage type.

assigned the WT in table T510J

changed MODIF 2   in KMOD PCR. and assigned the PCR to SCHIMA

and also assigned valuation basis to WT in V_512W_B table.

Can someone please help?

Hi Das,

When you are trying to book the hours using IT2010.

Infotype 2010 is an alternative for the time evaluation .In UT00 sub schema in the line 000170 IF PDC if pdc is active in period then IT0007 Time Mgmt status should not be zero or seven . The function DAYPR with the pcr TC00 processes the day processing of the time data.

(1) If you want to maintain the employee hours through IT2010 then in the IT0007 should contain         the time management status should be 0 or 7.

(2)  when you want to maintain the hours using IT2010 then no need to create time wagetypes , we can create the wage types under the Employee Remuneration Info .

The path is Personnel Management--> Personnel Administration--> Payroll Data-->Employee Remuneration Information.

After creation of the 2010 wagetypes , we can maintain the master data for the working hours and if you want to go for the constant valuation then in the table V_t510J go for new entries and create the wagetypes(2010)  with value and maintain the Valuation bases for the wagetypes(2010) with the K and percentage 100.

Hi Subroto,

The system is indicating towards 'Include/exclude indicator for wage type processing' - T5KVE, However, did you check the processing class 84 and its specification 1 for the given wage type is existing before 01092014?
