hi Gilson,
please try the following, make sure all the 4 explorer severs are running:
If already running then restart the 4 servers. Then index the information space prior to usage otherwise the error that you pasted will appear. In-case you cant index the information space, create new Explorer server and stop and disable the old ones. then try to index.
Make sure the Custom Data Access service under Adaptive Processing Server is turned on (prior to that make sure that the Adaptive Processing server is broken down per SAP's recommended documentation).
Please update us what happens when you try the suggested. I had the same exact error appear, in my case I simply created 4 new explorer servers and stopped and disabled the old ones. and I was able to see the Information Space and index it.
Regards,
samique

Hi,
In CMC open the properties for the Exploration server and under "Index Files
Directory:" change the location from: %DefaultDataDir%/Polestar/index to a
shorter path: C:\Polestar\index
"C:\Polestar\index" directory may have to be manually created before making
the change
If you are using SAP Hana, restart Hana database server, will bring back right index result.
Hope this helps,
Amine.
