How to update the total goods movement status(vbuk-wbstk) of a delivery

Hi Experts,

I need to manually update the Total goods movement status ( VBUK-WBSTK) of a delivery from 'A' AND 'B' TO 'C'.

how can i update the status.

I have nearly 2000 deliveries. All these deliveries have 'A' and 'B' status. For all these deliveries i need to manually( forcefully ) change the Status to 'C'.

is there any BAPI or FM available to update the status.

Give me ur Valuable suggestions.

VL_Complete should and refer to OSS 992587 on its explaination. There is also a reversal program inside.

Pls also look at SE38: RVDELSTA on re-determine delivery status.

Alternatively, if your delivery number is running, use SE37 and FM: SE16N_INTERFACE to mass update in table.

Could you let us know why you want to forcefully change the status of Goods Movement ?

If you do PGI automatically Goods Movement status will be changed , you want to change the status without doing PGI ?

Dear Nagireddy,

the best solution for this issue is, use  LSMW to change the delivery status to 'C' .

I think there is no standard BAPI or any FM to fulfill your requirement .

I was also thinking about LSMW.....Recording method.

to do LSMW.....we need to do the record the particular transaction vl02n.

Based on my knowledge, it is not possible to do recording for enjoy transactions like VL02n.

Please correct me, if i am wrong.
