Appraisal 360 Degree with Employee Self-Service

Hi.

I have the following doubt:

Is posible use Appraisal 360 Degree with Employee Self-Service ?

My experience With a customer for that employees appraisal to his boss was create an enhancement, however I dont if SAP have a standard functionality in the portal for this.

When I use Appraisal 360 Degree in the portal of ESS where can access the employee for appraisal to his boss, other employee ?

I am checkig you blog :

The appraisal document only appear in the ESS if the employee is defined as Part-Appraisal ?

If employee not is part appraisal and want appraise to his boss , will not appears in the worklist ESS POWL ?

Other doubt is:

What is the difference between flexible appraisal process and Defined process for Performance Management. And For What case I should use it?
