MAXDB INSTALLATION

I just installed MAXDB and all the components on my system, I realized that i needed to make some changes, I want to know the best was to re install without glitches.

I was trying to re-install SAP MAXDB and its components, for no reason i got these error below

Please what can i do to fix it?
