SBOP EDGE BI 4.1 WITH DI 4.2 vs. BODS Enterprise 4.1

We have heard that there are functional differences between SBOP EDGE BI 4.1 WITH DI 4.2, and the enterprise SBOP Data Services. For example, Edge has limited data targets in the dataflow. Yet we can find no documentation about this issue. Any insight appreciated.

This is found on the information page on the SAP download section:

The installation of SAP Data Services, Edge edition delivered with SAP BusinessObjects Edge BI to enable data integration capabilities may only be deployed on a single server (up to 250 named users or 50 Concurrent Sessions) and must be deployed either (a) on the same server where the corresponding SAP BusinessObjects Edge BI product is deployed, or (b) on a separate server having up to three CPUs. SAP Data Services, Edge edition, for data integration may only be used in conjunction with SAP BusinessObjects Edge BI and may not be used on a stand-alone basis. Licensee shall only be permitted to use up to two database types under the database interfaces and shall only be permitted one target datastore. Please reference  Usage Rights and Limitations for more information.

Hopes this clarify it a bit.

Edit: The overall functionality is the same, whether you use the Enterprise or the Edge editions.Hence the reason why there is no specific documentation on the Edge product, but the generally available products
