SAP MDG-F:- Problem in activating business functions

Hello Experts,

we are now having MDG7.0 in our landscape and we are going to activate the business function as "MDG_FINANCIALS_4" as  mentioned in the SAP document.

I ave checked all the prerequisites business functions are already activated so I select this business function and clicked on planned status and activate the change.

In SFW5 tcode, although it is showing as "Activated" but with a warning message as " Activation process is not completed".

Also as per checking the Job status it is showing as active. but still not finished.

By looking into the job log, there are no entries as such indicating any error.

Note:- I am getting this warning message since yesterday, Did anyone face this kind of issue earlier?

Requesting you to kindly help as I also checked if I missed any mandatory note or business function as pre-requisite, but no luck.

• Master Data Governance, Generic Functions (MDG_FOUNDATION) in MDG hub
• Master Data Governance, Generic Functions 2 (MDG_FOUNDATION_2) in MDG hub
• Master Data Governance, Generic Functions 3 (MDG_FOUNDATION_3)(Need to implement Software Component:
  MDG_FND_732) in MDG hub
• Master Data Governance, Generic Functions 4 (MDG_FOUNDATION_4)(Need to implement Software
  Component MDG_FND 748) in MDG hub
• Master Data Governance, Generic Functions 5 (MDG_FOUNDATION_4)(Need to implement Software
  Component MDG_FND 748) in MDG hub

• Master Data Governance for Financials, Organizational Units (FIN_MDM_ORG) in
  MDG Hub
• Master Data Governance for Financials, Organizational Units (FIN_MDM_ORG) in
  MDG Client
• Master Data Governance for Financials 3 (MDG_FINANCIALS_3)
• Master Data Governance for Financials 4 (MDG_FINANCIALS_4)

Yes, all the above mentioned business functions are already activated.

I am not getting any error. I checked in the log also, but since yesterday, it is showing as activation process is not yet completed.

Note:- Also,when I checked in the Data Model section it is showing  as" Data Model OG is currently been edited by <my user name>.whereas I didn't updated anything in data model.

Can you check the MDGIMG? Id Data model active? Are all CR types are created?

I create check any lock entries in SM12 or contact your basis team.
