Export options for Crystal in BI platform

Using bi platform 4.1

when running crystal reports via BI launchpad users can choose to export the results and get a drop down menu of choices.

tab separated is not an option after running the report. It is an option if they schedule it.

is there any way to make tab separated available when a user runs a crystal report in the BI Launchpad.

Hi,

If by Tab seperated you mean CSV, then that option is not available in ActiveX Viewer.

Use Web Viewer or Java Viewer instead of ActiveX viewer which will have the option to export the report in CSV format

As correctly said the option is available when scheduling.

thanks for the response. we are using the web viewer and could export as csv butunfortunately, the users need it to be tab separated. I am guessing that isn't possible within the launchpad without scheduling.
