0SPRLDATA dso dataissue in BW solman

Hi

We have activated BI content sucessfully in Solman and BW sits in same client as Solman. All required jobs are running.

E2E_EFWK_RESOURCE_MGR jobs i think loads to this 0SPRLDATA DSO & this job runs every minute.

Even data is getting correctly updated based on newly created messages to 0SPRLDATA DSO.

But there are lot of other cases where message status does not gets correctly reflected.

If a message has status implemented ,lets say then this will sppear in 0SPRLDATA DSO but later on if this message is confirmed it will not appear in 0SPRLDATA DSO and record remains to be in IMPLEMENTED STATE.

This is causing issue in our BI reporting.

our Solman bw is on SP13 & Solman version is 7.1

Please can you guide if this is a known problem and what can be done to fix this ?
