Issue while Configuring Fiori Launch pad

Hi Experts,

We are Installing Netweaver Gateway Hub system with Front end as Nw 7.4 and Backend as ECC6 Ehp6 . We are facing an issue while launching the Fiori Launch pad.

We have maintained system alias for the backend system and facing the below issue "Service Soft-state Status" as Not supported in Front end system.

Could you please let us know how to move forward...

Thanks for the Quick response, We have already installed IW_BEP on ERP.

Please find the below components list for back end (ERP) and Front end (Gateway ) servers.

ERP (ECC6 EHP6):

Net weaver 7.4 :

we have implemented all the mentioned notes as per above link.

Please help me out from this issue, Thanks in advance

Hi Bhakar,

I think system alias assignment to OData services or system alias definition itself is wrong.

Please upload the screenshots.

Hi Masa,

We have maintained System Alias Perfectly as show as below.

Here D01CLNT100 is the Trusted RFC maintained between Hub system and backend system and have set software version to default.

We are able load metadata and entity sets data of odata services successfully through Hub system Gateway client.

Please find the below attached screens.

Hi Bhaskar,

You are looking at wrong service. Please check the first screenshot in your first post.

It clearly says issue is in /UI2/INTEROP. So You should look at ZINTEROP in the /iwfnd/maint_service transaction.

What is the system alias for the ZINTEROP?

Hi Bhaskar,

I see the system alias is incorrect. All UI OData services are in the frontend server. The system alias should be LOCAL.

Hi Masa,

Thanks for your valuable suggestion.. We have resolved the issue by Changing Alias to Local.

We have one more issue with Custom Theme, when we create a custom theme using Theme Designer as we are getting Two logos and "Can't read property r of null" error in console as attached.

Any solution provided for this will be appreciated.
