SICF Service not available in Production

Former Member

Hi Experts,

I have created a Webdynpro application and I have moved it to quality and Production systems respectivelly.

In development and quality system it is working fine, but the same application in production gives a runtime error. It is showing SICF service is not available.

I have checked in SICF Tcode, but the service for the particular Webdynpro application is not available.

How can I resolve this issue.

Thanks,

Pradeep

Pradeep,

Simple way to  fix this issue is just create a new transport and change the application  in Development and again save it into the new transport an take it across.

Hi,

I think you've missed the SICF node for that particular component.Check the request in which the SICF node has been saved and transport the same request to PRD.

Thanks

Hi

Follow the path mentioned in the screen shot in the T-Code SICF.

and search for your application name. If it doesnot exist , you will have to move it again to PRD .

If you can see the name , then check if it is active or not by right clicking on it .

Close the thread if it resolves.
