Error while refreshing workbook

Dear All,

When some of our users are trying to open a workbook in their system are getting below error message.

And our team is able to open the same workbook and successfully refresh the query.

Did anybody faced this kind of scenario.Please suggest about this issue.

Hello All,

Thanks for the replies.

Issue is due to the excel Addin which is installed in users system. After unchecking it, report is working fine.

Can you please apply SAP GUI for Windows 7.30  with latest Patch Level and
BI 7.0 ADDON FOR SAP GUI 7.30 with latest Patch Level and check whether it helps you.

Hi,

As you are able to execute the same query in your system, there might be the problem with your GUI or Excel.

Try to reinstall the GUI with latest patch that is there (working system) and check if its not the issue try to re-install Excel 2007.

Try ask users to close the workbook and log off from bw server.

later try to open work book and see.
