Block PP Work Center capacity when breakdown maintenance order create on that work center

Hi All,

My Client want to Block PP Work Center  capacity when breakdown maintenance order create on that work center, how can i do it ..

Please help me.

Hi payal,

Till time you have performed right things to integrate PP-PM & system is also responding according to setting.

Showing block capicity in CM25 against the Maintenance Order.

If you want to block production order as well, you need to do one more setting.

go to t- code OIOI, selection Production order types (those you want to block) & in capacity Availabilty choose Collect conversion as 3 : No creation if there is insufficient capacity.

Considering above settings, also please check whether you have maintained the "System Condition"  = 0 (i.e., Not in Operation) in Breakdown order. Please try to do the same.

Hi ,

  Go to change work center in basic data tab in "usage" view assign "000" for "no task list categories" ,  after do as ur process.

check & revert.

dear Sir,

          Its working when i select " Usage  0 no task list categories" but this working center is used in production routing. i can't change usage 0.
