ITSMobile ALV Grid not Displayed

Dear All,

I have an ALV Report which is Deployed for ITSMobile. The Alv Column names are appearing but the Rows are not displayed.

The Transaction Via Tcode works fine. But in the Browser, the ALV Grid is not displayed.

Kindly advice.

Have you seen the notes

and

1037715 - ITSmobile: Supported screen elements

Do you have elements in the ALV Grid? Or are you viewing/testing a blank grid?

Hi Oisin,

I have the Values in ALV Grid. The ALV Report displays the  rows with the Column header and the Row Contents.

In the Browser, Only the ALV Column header is displayed.

What was the ITSMobile Generation Style used to create the templates in SE80?

What are your BASIS and Kernel details?

What are the 'GUI Configuration' parameters for the ITSMobile service in question in SICF?

~GENERATEDYNPRO 1

should not be set.

I presume the ITSMOBILE parameter above is missing the "~"

It should be: ~ITSMOBILE 1

What about the 720_REL Kernel patch version?

Is the issue only visible on a DEVICE browser? Can you recreate the issue on a desktop browser

when calling the ITSMobile Service?

It is set as ~ITSMOBILE 1.

I have tried without the ~GENERATEDYNPRO 1

720_REL Kernel patch version  :  Kernel Patch number : 600

The Issue is with the Desktop Browser also.

Hi Aravind R,

Can you attach a screenshot of the ALV Grid when you view the transaction ZAQ in the SAPGUI?

Perhaps test the following program? See the note

Hi Aravind,

If you use the testcase service ITSMOBILE03 it has an example of ITS Mobile

ALV grid processing.

Does the ALV Grid display?

Some pre-steps that may need to be done.

First, our mobile test program SAPMIMOB1 is extended with the test case.
You must activate it and may test whether the ALV Test case works in
SAP GUI (Windows GUI) (call transaction itmobile01, case 516)

Second, the ALV Grid implementation was only done for MOBILE4
(Tableless) Generator, so you must be sure that both
ITSMOBILE and ITSGENMOBILE4 services are published.

Third, we must be sure that templates are generated with the newest
MOBILE4 Generator, so we go to se80, program SAPMIMOB1 and
generate templates for all 5xx Screens (Dynpros) into service
ITSMOBILE03  (not ITSMOBILE01, which is a test service for MOBILE
Generator).  After templates for all Screens are freshly generated,
you must publish the whole ITSMOBILE03 service so you can then test it
in the browser.

I tried as advised and the ITSMOBILE03 Service displays the ALV Grid with the Rows.

But in the Custom Program  the Issue Persist.

Thanks for your support.

The ALV displays the Rows in the Browser also.

The Problem now is that, there is a Auto Fresh Functionality in the ALV Report.

The Auto Refresh in GUI works fine but the Browser does the reflect the same Output.
