STMS import history hangs

Dear gurus,

In our QAS system when I push the "Import history" button in STMS, it hangs forever. SM50 shows that SAPLSTFI report is updating TPALOG table with TMSADM users, but actually there is no change in the table.

Could you kindly guide me what logs should I analyse to get the issue resolved?

In case somebody faces similar problem, the issue was resolved by adding extra DIA & BGD work processes and full system restart.

Hi,

We have the same issue in our system after a size problem on FS /usr/sap/trans. A file <SID>.lob was created in /usr/sap/trans/tmp and hanged the whole transport system of the landscape. After delete it, everything is Ok.

There are no errors in SM21 regarding my issue.

Today I've recognized that last entries in TPALOG table are different than previous ones: PROJECT column is empty and LINESEQUENCE column all 0000.

I guess PROJECT column is a kind of counter.

Does anybody know what it means and how to fix it?
