fscm credit case error

we have on SD delivery document , in "status overview", "OVCS" column it shows B, credit not approved, but it can't be found in scase.

we have another SD delivery document, status: credit released, but it still shows in SCASE, case ID: 3219, it says "document was already unblocked in SD system, change no longer possible", we are using FSCM, thus we don't use VKM3, VKM4, VKM5

how to resolve the above two issues, thanks

Try to review the base rules, collection rules or you can create another collection pefil for you to don't show these items.

we don't have any stuck queues, my problem is: we golive this January, in March, there are some Sales order already released but still appear in SCASE, now is Septemeber, we want to kick out those sales order from SCASE, anyway to do it? to remove manually?

1. It might be possible in some cases where you went live and order being blocked and never released under ECC CR will not appear in UKM_CASE list.  You can still use VKM3 to release them.  Check by using programs RVKRED88, RVKRED06 if you can retrigger credit check and generating case for blocked sales order.

2. For released and still showing blocked in SCASE, close those manually.  Implement SAP note 1994895 - DCD: When SD document is blocked, final user is filled erroneously to stop this issue in the future.
