Hi Experts,

We have completed our Benefit Configurations its  schedule to golive for 2015. Do help me with configuration / integration steps with Payroll .

Payroll: We have gross payroll, third party is ADP

Table T5UBA should be configured for each plan. then assign appropriate sym. a/c number for each W/T.  in PY schemas, UAP0(sub-schema UBE1 for Benefits processing) should be included for benefit deduction during payroll.

Thanks Mahedran, so I need to create new deduction wage types for specific plans and assign to symbolic accounts.

Could you please provide more inputs on schema updates on UAP0 - Subschema UBE01

Hi priya,

can you clarify, you want to run the payroll in the ADP system and then that payroll results want to update in the SAP ? your go-live from Jan, 2015 better update all the payroll result of the Employee's up to Dec, 2014 in the sap system (if necessary, on client request). after running the payroll in the ADP system you can upload in the SAP through IDOC or any ABAP program.

Hello Praneeth,

Golive from Jan 2015, Enrollment starts during Mid Jan thru Portal, Deduction should happen thru next payroll run, We are closing the enrollment during Mid March 2015.

Payroll runs in ADP, What settings to be done in SAP for deductions and postings, advise to ADP while sending PY data.

Sequential integration check points and respective configuration steps will be helpful
