vietnamese language PDF issue

Hi All,

I have developed a script for Vietnam in Vietnamese language.In print preview its displaying properly but if i download it as PDF that script displaying some strange text.

I have already posted this query in Output management.Please look in to the below thread.

Please give me your suggestions to sort out the issue.

Hi Naresh,

1) Font used should be in Vietnamese.

2) Device type for printer should support Vietnamese.

3) Script Language should be in Vietnamese.

Thanks for your quick response.

User want font style as areal ,so we are using Paragraph format with Areal font style

How to find whether the device type support Vietnamese or not?

Yes ,I have maintained script in both the languages EN and VI

Hi Naresh,

In SPAD, give output device type we are using and there we get device type. Change it to a printer which support Vietnamese. I suppose Ariel cannot be used.

Check this sap note 895560.

It's Resolved.

Current output device is not supporting Vietnamese.I changed the output device now its working fine.
