Activate Activity Report Service in NW Portal 7.3

Hi Experts,

How do you activate/configure the Activity Report Service in SAP Portal 7.3? I need to activate and start it for a customized activity report application.

I understand in 7.0 it is activated by default and that the service can be configured via System Administration > Service Configuration > Applications > com.sap.portal.activityreport.core. However, it looks like it is a different case for 7.3.
