Hi,

I've implemented My Timesheet Fiori app.

But I'm unable to crete quick entry. I see the following error.

Could you please sugest the reason.

Hi Olga,

Are you able to create entry for Corporate services from the weekly view?

It looks the entry has an issue. If this entry works from the Weekly view and then it does not work form the Quick entry thenlet know.

In weekly view I'm able to create entry just manualy. I'm not be able to use suggestions like in Quick entry.

Are you using the same combination of time assignment from manual and that works?

What is the SP level for SRA002 and UIX01HCM?

Hello Olga,

We are also using same components but Ehp5.

We were having the same issue, and we applied the note

2061764 - Fiori My Timesheet(UI Launchpad): Corrections on top of SP03.

Unfortunately. the application is not working at all. There were no issues found in application log or error log. This is error we get.

Hi Bhavani,

This is not due to the SP03 or the note 2061764.

Please check in the gateway system if you able to make the Odata calls.

Then check your launchpad set-up and whether the required roles have been assigned.

Hello Pankaj,

Thanks for the reply.

The launch pad and roles are fine since I have been able to access these apps before note corrections.

Can you please let me know how to check whether Odata calls can be made in the gateway system?

Hi Bhavani,

You can to /iwfnd/maint_service transaction in the gateway and search for the Timesheet Service.

Then click on the Gateway client and check for the call.

/sap/opu/odata/sap/SRA002_TIMESHEET_SRV/InitialInfos


Check if the Odata calls are working.

Hello Pankaj,

The same error that Olga was receiving was happening in our app as well. Then we applied the note 2061764 and the error went away, but sill the we were not able to save the entries. By turning the Netweaver Gateway way traces on for my user ID we found HTTP Post request was failing and we were getting a short dump in backend. Hopefully this helps.

Information on where terminated
    Termination occurred in the ABAP program "CL_GDT_CONVERSION=============CP" -
     in "UNIT_CODE_INBOUND".
    The main program was "SAPMSSY1 ".

    In the source code you have the termination point in line 22
    of the (Include) program "CL_GDT_CONVERSION=============CM00A".
    The termination is caused because exception "CX_GDT_CONVERSION" occurred in
    procedure "GET_CONVERSION_INFO" "(METHOD)", but it was neither handled locally
     nor declared
    in the RAISING clause of its signature.

    The procedure is in program "/IWBEP/CL_MGW_DATA_CONV_UTIL==CP "; its source
     code begins in line
    1 of the (Include program "/IWBEP/CL_MGW_DATA_CONV_UTIL==CM00D ".

There is also a message in the in the run time error.

L0 1088

V0 EBM                  034No measurement unit is assigned to ISO-Code SPACE

We know the issue happens with the conversion call in the gateway.

Gateway has released a Note 2032088 for the IWBEP conversion issue.
Apply this not and then check.

Thanks a lot !

I have been struggling to submit the entry in My Timesheet. And after applying the note. Couple of other apps create sales order too resolved. Now they are running fine.

"In the context of Data Services an unknown internal server error occurred. "xml conversion issue at gateway all are resolved now!

Hi Ramana, Hi Bhavani

The issue was with the IWBEP and conversions would have failed for lot of apps where quantity, currenncy and such fields were used.

I know you are not the owner but you can mark the answer as helpful.

I have got this issue from many people and hopefully this thread can help them a lot.

we get the "HTTP request failed" on the quick entry option. Are there any notes to be implemented ? . Any hint would be great.

Hello. I am having a similar issue.  Updating to SRA002 SP06 and UIX01HCM SP04 and then implementing note 2085833 for UIX01HCM did not resolve the issue.


Are there any other suggestions?

Dump in Back-end:

while trying apply note. We are getting below issue

AddOn info:

Backend: SRA002 SP 06.

Frontend: UIX01HCM SP 04.

Could you please help me to resolve issue.
