How to view the deleted documents (DMS) in the Technical objects.

Documents (DMS) which were assigned in the Technical objects are not found.

How to track the change history in the technical objects.

I don't think the change documents are created on the technical objects when adding/deleting DMS documents.

Hello Rakesh,

I know how to view the Action logs & display changes in IE02 or IE03. I want to know what are the setting needs to be done to view the document which was deleted from the Equipment.

Hello

You need to activate the change document functionality in below configuration by marking the Check Box as below

SPRO-->Plant Maintenance and Customer Service-->Master Data in Plant Maintenance and Customer Service-->Technical Objects-->Equipment-->Equipment Categories-->Maintain Equipment Category

You can also view in CV03N in status log.

Time and date detail found

Go to transaction CV03N and find your document.

Then navigate to the Object Links tab, and ensure your Technical Objects are in the Equipment/Functional Location in the sub-tabs.
