Appraisal: Storing appraisal attachments in DMS

Hi Experts,

I need to store the attachments to the Appraisal forms to be stored in DMS through DPF.

Can you please let me know how to proceed with configuration for this??

Can you confirm from Tcode OAC0, which is the content repositiry used?

For HCM i only see: HCM_TMC_CONT1

But i am not sure if this is where the attachments get stored.

Can you help throw light?

Hi Shweta,

Are you familiar with the standard tool the Appraisal system (Objective Setting and Appriasals) has to store documents?

You define it in the appraisal template level on the Processing tab in field "Attachments Allowed".

I recommend you consider using this, instead of DMS.

I know the Procesing tab check box.

I want the documents which get attached to the appraisal form to be stored in DMS
