WM Cross dock issue

I have setup the following  -

1. in SPRO - Unchecked two step, set Opportunistic cross dock.

2. Setup movements 101 and 601 for cross dock relevant.

Created inbound delivery for a PO. Created outbound delivery for a order. Same material and same quantity.

But when i go to LXDCK and run the monitor i dont see my inbound or outbound.

When i try to create my TO for inbound it doesnt point to 916.

Can anyone give some pointers.

If you create the TO for outbound delivery then it will point to 916.For the inbound delivery it will not point to 916.
