Hello Experts,
I got a requirement to send email to multiple recipients. How to approach it as am fairly new to Workflow??
Thanks & Regards,
Mohammed.
Hi,
Whichever approach you choose, just check the requirements if you need to send the emails in different languages (one recipient needs to get the email in English and another one in Chinese). In certain approaches this might get a bit tricky...

Do you only want to send mail using workflow or there any other steps. Then you can directly write the code
Search in scn you will find lot of post for that

Do you mean email or workitem? In both cases, just make a multiline container element and fill it with the appropriate values.

Hi,
Create an element in the workflow container which is of type 'multiline'. Create a new task to get the agents as per your requirement from the Ztable and populate this element. Then use the same element in the Sendmail Step to send the mail to many recipients.
Hope this will help.
