Hi All,
I have report which I am running from my custom java application.
It is working fine in all the browsers except chrome.I mean its showing pdf output in all the browsers except chrome.
In chrome its showing the pdf processing symbol like below but nothing is happening
Please suggest what is the problem .
Hi Divya,
What version of CR are you using?
What is the exact version of Chrome?
Are you able to view a report in viewer using Chrome?
This could be a compatibility or browser issue completely.

Are you using BI 4.0 JAR files or CR for Eclipse runtimes (JRC) to devlope the app?
because even the latest CR for Eclipse 2.0 supports Chrome (version 35.0.1916.114 m).

Hi Divya,
Is Crystal the same version on your machine and the other machines? It doesn't make sense if the same report created on another machine works.
Is it just one report or any report created on your machine that is not working?
If it's just this one, what's different between this report and the others? Are the graphs, subreports, images?
Does the report developed on your machine work on another machine's Chrome?
We need to know if the problem is on your machine or is a general problem. Then we need to determine if it's your Chrome or not.
Thanks,
Brian
