Hi Srikanth,
You are in the wrong area for this, which is why you are not getting many replies.
Whenever you create an object in the development system you should be prompted for a transport request. Either specify an existing one or create a new one - contact your Basis administrator for assistance in this. Once the developments are complete and tested in DEV, then you can Release the transport task and the request with transaction SE10. After releasing the transport, send a request to the Basis team to transport it for you.
