Outlook Integration add-in Connection to license service failed

Hello everyone,

For 9.0 p12 we have installed the Outlook Integration add-on.

When starting Outlook, the add-in starts properly. However when providing the properly logon information we get this message;

Could not connect to company in SAP Business One "Connection to license service failed; license service address is not valid, or license service is stopped (or does not respond)"

I have check the XML file to make sure the server name and port are set properly. (They are.)

I have checked the SAP client, and it connects and runs without any issues.

There are no firewalls setup.

Any thoughts as to why we are not able to logon using the Outlook add-in?

1. Manually install DI-API from the package folder for the current patch level of the database.
2. Install DI-API choosing "Custom" mode instead of "Typical".
3. De-select DI-API previous versions

This comes directly from SAP support.
