Error while processing IT0069 through PA30

Hi Experts,

I am getting an error "No personnel data found for the pernr xxxxxxxx" while updating the infotype 0069(National Ins.  GB) through PA30.I know that the National Insurance number itself is automatically transferred from the employee’s Personal Data (infotype 0002) record to the NI infotype 0069 record.For this  employee the Personal Data (infotype 0002) record is maintained and it active too.

Please shed some light on this issue.Thanks in Advance.

If there is a dynamic action between 0002 and 0069 - it looks like it hasn't triggered or hasn't worked -I would check the dynamic action is present in table T588Z or configured correctly in this table as per client 000 (if standard) or as per your requirement

Thanks Stuart for your reply.I checked in  table T588Z,there is no dynamic action between IT 0002 and IT 0069.

Can you please clarify your exact requirement? What exactly do you want to modify in IT 069?

Thanks Neha.The exact requirement is to delimit the existing IT0069 record and create new IT0069 record.One IT00069 record is already exist from 01.01.2014 to 31.12.9999.I just want to update the  record with new date 09.20.2014 to 31.12.9999.
