How to export Job details in redwood

Hello experts,

Can anyone tell me how can I export the details of all the jobs that are in scheduled/saved/on hold status in Redwood.

Need to create an excel for all the jobs.It will be more tangible if there is a way to extract jobs via redwood than doing it manually.

Regards,

Sumit

Yes, you can.

  1. Open the Job Monitor.
  2. Right the top of the Monitor tab and then select Filter-->New Filter.
  3. Select the queries that fit your requirement (Like jobs in specific status)
  4. Save it with a name.
  5. Navigate to Definitions-->Reports
  6. Create a new report
  7. Add the filter in query filter, provide a name.
  8. Select the columns tab and add the ones you need
  9. Click save and close.
  10. Right the click the report, submit report job.
  11. Select the output as CSV.
  12. Once job completes, download the csv file from job output.

For more details refer the reports/filters section of the administration guide of your CPS build.

You can create a job chain with step 1 being the System_Report run and second step System_mail_send, and set the JobFile parameter of System_mail_send as * and Relative Job as Step 1, Job 1.

Thanks

Hi Ramana,

It would be better to ask here, as other people will see your questions and the answers.

You can also hire SAP/Redwood consultants to handle the implementation details for you; you should contact your SAP account representative for details.
