Person responsible - error - no text available

Hello,

Did any one encountered this type of error in the planned activities when trying to view from the Main account - in the column PERSON RESPONSIBLE i am getting ERROR MESSAGE : No Text Available.

Please advise.

Hi,

The error may because of the partner assigned to the transaction is not having any description( Name is not maintained)  or the transaction is created without having the correct partner.Check the transaction is every thing is fine are not.

Hi Yaaa , thanks,,, for the information, but this is something which when we create and appointment and you will use the copy control.

Now after creating an appointment go to the Account to see the INTERACTION HISTORY assignemnt block you see Employee responsible shown 'no text available' and even on planned/Interaction history assignment block.

I hope this is clear.
