SAP Travel Management: Standard report with Trip Participants

Hi Experts,

In Travel management, we can drill down to an item in Trip and see the participants list. Is there any standard report which can provide a list of Participants per Trip for a number of Trips together?

Or do I have to write a Custom report for this?

I tried to explore in SAP, then checked SAP discussion forums and googled too. But could not find any discussion, thread or Note.

Please help.

We wrote a custom report for this and all other expense line item details.

You want report to show details of participants like name  OR you want report to display no. of participants in expense item of trip ?

There I no standard report for first one.

Hi Vinay,

can you go more into detail what you mean with participants, i.e. refer to a screenshot or a dedicated field in the TE-Cluster? Are you refering to participants in catering-receipts for example, so technically PTRV_RECDETAIL? Please clarify.
