How to find CA/BUAG for an interaction record in IC WebClient

Hi All

I need to find out the Contract Account Number / Business Agreement Number for any interaction record which is directly created in CRM.

Please let me know the table names which links CA with Interaction records.

Linking is done via docflow. You can check report CRM_ORDER_READ -> ET_DOC_FLOW

Hello,

To my knowledge, there is no such diret link between those information.

On your interaction records, you will have partner function, in which the customer will be maintained. Then, on your customer, you will find CA/BUAG information.

If, in your business model, a customer may have multiple CA/BUAG, then you will have issue for knowing which one was confirmed at the moment de interaction was created.
