Adding applications to CRM Survey

Hi Experts,

When I go to the survey suite (crm_survey_suite), I am able to view many applications :

e.g- Marketing, Activities,Interaction Center,etc.

1.I have a requiremet where I have to create client specific applications/folders to organize the surveys. Is there any standard way to do it?

2. Also how do I add surveys in a differnet language? eg- Arabic

Hello,

  1. there is no standard way to add/modify the applications. If this is required you will need to add the same directly in the tables:

    CRM_SVY_DB_SA                  Survey Applications
    CRM_SVY_DB_SAD                 CRM Surveys: Survey Application Description

    I tested the same and it should work.
  2. you can use the standard translation tool provided in survey suite:


    This will create the translation of the survey for each survey version.

Hello,

in SE11 I can see Delivery Class 'E Control table, SAP and customer have separate key areas'. It therefore may be that you can create your own Z* table for the Applications. I have however no experience if this will work.
