Unable to find the processes in the Process Monitor

Hi All,

We have configured data upload setting as per configuration guide .

We have placed the files in directory and started the jobs in Process scheduler and folder scanner , But we are not able find any processes in the process monitor .

Please guide us on this issue.

Hi,

are files copied over from the "Inbound" folder to the "Process" folder?

If that did not happen on the file system, then the Process Monitor will not show anything because most likely, the Folder Scanner was not able to detect the File System or the location for the files.

Please check if the report

"/DDF/CUST_CHECK - Check Consistency of Configuration for Data Upload"

returns any error with the file system and ensure that the naming of the folders and subfolders is correct.

Thanks for quick reply .

The files from "Inbound" folder are NOT copied to "Process" folder even though we didn't get error in the report  "DDF/CUST_CHECK - Check Consistency of Configuration for Data Upload
"

One  more question : When were extract data from datasource "/DDF/DDAGR" we are getting zero records  to PSA ?

Hi,

does the system has FULL Read and Write authorisation on the file server? Otherwise it cannot copy any file.

If that is set and you followed all steps mentioned in the Config guide to set this up, please create a support ticket. It is hard to tell where the issue comes from without having a look into your system.

Same for the second question. I assume that you set this up for manual upload in the meantime. This highly depends on how you set this up and there is no way to tell what is wrong when not having access.

Hi Anna ,

Thanks for reply . We have raised ticket to SAP and resolved issue . We didn't maintain number range for steps and we didnt have full  authorization to the folders .

Now we are able trigger process chain through process monitor . We are able to load the data till PSA But it is failed at the DTP Step in the Load Acquisition process chain

with

below error:

Error:

Data delivery agreement wrong or missing in DataSource

Error records written to application log

An exception has occurred

Error in substep

Data package processing terminated.

Note:In the File which we are uploading the DDA Field is blank, even

we

kept in the Transformations field of DDA as constant value  Z_POS but

still it failed.

Please guide us further.
