Hello,

I am new on BW 7.3 but worked extensively on 3.5 . In BW 7.3 I tried the RSMO transaction and selected the dates from last week to the current date and the screen show blank. I know I have loaded data all week, it should show all the records in green

Please let me know if I am missing something.I have attached the screenshot for it. I tried the same in DEV box, it works fine

Hi,

Rather than at RSMO.

Go to your any info pack. click on monitor icon and see there.

There also you can give date ranges to see the loaded info pack logs.

Thanks

Thanks that works for one load. I want to see load snapshot for all loads in one shot and RSMO is useful for that. We use it for daily monitoring and check each one at a time would be painful.

At RSMO, you can give date selection like August 1 to till date.

Later you can click on Thrid icon(after the right arrow) on tool bar.

at RSMO, those logs scree was hidden as my guess.

You meant the next screen after the date selection. Attached a picture of it.  It is greyed out and does nothting.

Any further clues?

Not that hari.

From tool bar, you may see the third icon(afte the rigth arrow mark, red mark), if that was enabled mean your logs screen was hidden. You need expand like below -- Green arrow mark

Hi,

Can you drag that line(which I marked in my previous reply as green arrow mark) towards right side.

Do one thing:

Trigger one full info pack load and again go to RSMO.

Use date ranges as 23-092014 to 27-09-2014.

Even though if it won't shows logs at RSMO then there might be some issues.

inform to basis team, They may help you.

Thanks
