Hi experts,
after a system copy from P-ERP to D-ERP our D-CRM and D-ERP are not synced in terms of Customers
What would be the exact steps to successfully download all Customers from D-ERP to D-CRM again?
Do we need to delete all existing Customers in D-ERP before? If yes, what happens with the old transaction where the old customers numbers are maintained ?
Thanks in advance,
Wladimir
Follow the Building Block below to configure only system conections:
B09: CRM Customizing Replication
C01: CRM Organizational Model
C03: CRM Master Data Replication
Ensure that the table "CRMPRLS" in the "D-ERP" enviroment is blank when you replicate the first data among the enviroments

Hi,
During system copy I hope you would have copied all the details(including data) from source system.
Still functional need to do a sanity check by running all the transactions and creating the master data. And we should not delete any existing transaction,
if you want to protect the copied data from source system, just do the scrambling for existing records in both erp and crm.
