Can we create Lead directly from ELM.

Dear Gurus,

my client has one specific requirement like they want to create leads directly from ELM upload. They don't want to create campaign from ELM. Instead of that they want to upload the available data in the system and create leads from that. If it is possible from CRM kindly let me know the process.

from Pt. No 4) What I understood from the blog is that for creating such kind of transactions we have to implement the Badi: CRM_MKTLIST_BADI

4) Create Business Transaction : This Will be ticked if one wants to create business transaction From File

( We have to define and write logic in Badi : CRM_MKTLIST_BADI)

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is implemented as a part of External List Management (ELM).

For Business transaction Creation : Method : CREATE_BUSINESS_TRANSACTIONS.

You may have to implement some more methods. Just go through the default implementation of the BADI. Copy the BADI code in your own class and change wherever needed
