Hello:
I am facing an issue in collection management. Having been done with initial configuration i am able to simulate by strategy against business partner in UDM_STRATEGY and it is displaying data correctly in simulation view as desired but i am unable to generate work list in UDM_GENWL. I have checked table UDM_COLL_ITEM, it contains data for all the items send via FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS. There are no post-office processing order errors and FDM_COLL01 is also taking care of the receivables data. Company is assigned in collection management but work-list creation is showing error both in online processing and background processing., while trying to release it i get error "Run 000000000001 is completed; release is not possible" Client is running ehp7.
Thanks
Have you checked authorisations?
You should be able to release it manually.

Was there anything in run 1 - you can normally see the customers that have been selected and processed?
Have you got any values in table UDM_WL_ITEM? - this would confirm that the worklist generated.
In tcode FDM_COLL_SEND01 - have you re-run this? It could be worth running this with the log on so you can see if there are any errors. If you do a send using "periodic data transfer" - you can select a small sub-set of data and transfer that and run a worklist on that.
Issue just got resolved when i ran this program in background processing mode. I was facing this error in online processing mode BUT if i have to run this program on online mode then why it is erroneous ? In UDM_SPECIALIST once i go inside work list created , edit few items and come back it disappears and in order to make it reppear i have to rerun the program UDM_GENWL. What is the sound logic behind that, its not written in SAP help library either. Sorry if my question seems to basic as i am working on FSCM-COL for the first time.
Regards
