Hi Support team,

I have recently installed a new HDD in my machine and then i tried to access SCN after successfully installing JAVA7, .NET 4.0. Now when i try to login in the SCN website, the system is constantly giving me a error at the bottom of the web page as "Waiting for http://scn.sap.com/login/jspa..." and nothing happens.

I suspect it is some software which is required to run scn, which may not be installed in my machine. PLease can you scepfically tell me what is missing due to which i am getting this issue.

I had to use a different laptop in order to do this post.

Can you try log in thru another browser and see.

Mean while you can contact sapnetwork@sap.com..

works in google chrome, not sure why does not work in IE

Yes. Some problem occurs in IE browser. So it is suggested to use chrome or Firefox.

Then you can go with chrome.

Seemslike  thru IE there are issues.if possible use chrome.

There are compatibility issues with the latest version of IE.  You can still use IE but you'll have to set the browser to compatibility mode (IE 10 or lower).

try disable antivirus and login. and also update you laptop/pc to the latest window updates (if window os)
