hi,
If the master data or any org elements goes missing in GTS. While a document is transfered from R3 to GTS it gives a block as "Technically incomplete". Now if the data are afterwards correctly maintained does this automatically moves out from the log and sits in "Blocked in GTS"or do we need to re-transfer the document from R/3.
when did a re-transfer from R/3 the status changed in GTS. Is there any option which can internally in GTS for the change?
regards,
Sayantan
Hi Sayantan,
In this case, the best way is to Re-Transfer the concerned document to the GTS system so as to get the proper mapping reflected at the GTS end. This is due to the fact that when initially a document was transferred to the GTS end, then proper mapping was not completed of this document because of the missing Org. Data. Now, a re-transfer can only help to map Org. Data properly and completely in the GTS system. Internal options can exist but a re-transfer is the best method for this case considering associated issues that can arise if we are just restricted to GTS system to remove TID and re-check documents.

Aman
