Upgrading legacy app to CR X1 r2

One of our apps is written in vb6 utilising Crystal 10.

We need to upgrade to Crystal X1 r2 to overcome the exporting to MAPI issue with win 7.

We have a licence for crystal 2008 and Crystal 10.

Do we need to purchase a licence for Cystal X1 r2 ?  Or how do we go about obtaining a licence key ?  (I have already downloaded the full install and the sp6 update)

Hi John

Yes, you would need to purchase a copy of CR XI R2 and thus a license / keycode. Now, CR XI R2 has been out of support for over two years now, so, no fixes, no phone support. What may be more important is that I am not sure if you can still buy CR XI R2. But that would be a question for sales:

I have managed to get a copy and trial key however am still experiencing the same MAPI issue as I have been in Crystal 10.

I have created another thread with the problem.
