Dashboard Xcelsius Upgrade

Hi,  

I have a Dashboard v6.0.4.0 and I'd like to upgarede to 4.1 version. I tried to upgrade with the full package but does not work and ask to use the mainetnance package.  

Does someone could help where I can find it?

Thank you Mohamed for your answer.

Attached the screenshot of the current version .

I saw in the documnentation that To upgrade to 4.1, I need to install a patch.

The question, is where I can find it for download?

Hi Adil,

You will need to download "SAP BusinessObjects Dashboards 4.1 SP04 - Update" from service market place.

1. Login to SMP and click on Software Downloads
2. Click on A-Z Index and select D
3. Click on SBOP DASHBOARDS (XCELSIUS)
4. Select SBOP Dashboards 4.1 and download the above mentioned patch upgrade from bottom of the list.

What is dashboard V6.0.4.0, did you mean Xcelsius 2008 ?

Please add a screenshot displaying your dashboard version, it will be more easier to help you if you give this screenshot.

You can also uninstall the current version and install the Dashbaord Design 4.1 full version
