Hello,

we have sent our message M940 to the customs and we cannot procedue the returned Idocs from the converter.

We get the following message and we are sure to have the right adjustment with the partner agreement:

hi Jorg,

Seems there is no partner profile maintained or may be /sapsll/cus_inbound is not included in your partner profile setup.


Can you please verify if the Sending/Receiving partner and appropriate message type is setup in your partner profile settings?


Entry should exist in EDP21 table.

we got the problem The IDOC was blocked, because the BP was not matched korrectly,
