CRM 7.0 EHP 2 issues post upgrade from CRM 5.0

Dear Experts

We are getting following issues in CRM 7.0 EHP 2 post upgrade from CRM 5.0

1. While opening attachments uploaded in the Service Orders, it is been redirected to SAP Net weaver Portal which is being used in our Orgnaisation.

Pls let me know what are the settings to be done for content server so that attached files can opened in WebUI and would not redirected to other URL.

2. While executing actions for smart form print, no print pop up is coming, we are using Output device "LP01".

Pls help me in this.

Hi,

When ever opening an attachment an URL will be generated, Please check the URL generation that will give you an hint.

2. Provide some screen shot and elaborate your scenario.
